Innovative. Friendly. Unique.
Suzanne Anderson - Business Administrator.
We're always on the look out for exceptional people to join our team and we know that, if we want exceptional people, we have to make Erudine an exceptional place to work (in fact it has to be one of the country's Best Places to Work in IT....which, thankfully, it is!)
Our company ethos is built around the following 3 Commandments :
- Challenge
- Develop
- Reward
Challenge
Erudine prides itself on being a challenging place to work. We want you to think about how to solve problems - not be told how to solve them and by when. But don't worry - we won't let you go it alone. We have a strong support network on hand to help should you need it and the team pull together to make sure projects get completed.
Develop
We actively encourage professional development at all levels of the organisation. 10% of your time is devoted to training and we provide support with any development route you wish to travel. We aid team members when they embark upon Phd's, diplomas and other vocational qualifications and are flexible to the demands of coursework, exams and study.
Reward
You work hard for us so we work hard for you. We like to reward our team. As such we've put a lot of time and effort into creating a great working environment and providing a great package. Regardless of whether you want the security of a pension, the fun of a games room or the sanctity of an onsite pool we offer it all....and then some.
So, if you think you've got what it takes and are looking for a job that will challenge you, develop you and reward you then please submit your CV.
We look forward to meeting you!
